Dear Ms. Silcott,

I want to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you and the other staff in your Clinton Office for always responding quickly to my inquiries. Over the past 9 years you and your team have been consistently polite, professional, helpful and above all friendly whenever I call. You always make me feel like I am your only customer, yet I know that is not the situation at all.

I also want to express my appreciation for sending out this insurance renewal well in advance. Because July is a month when I am normally traveling, it is always a worry to me that the insurance forms and premiums will be due while I am away from home. In sending them out earlier this year, it has removed that concern for me.
